Participation Fees - Choirs

The fee for choir participation is $315.00 per person.

This fee includes:

  • Registration kit
  • Transportation to and from the airport (provided to all choral participants and travel parties).
  • All ground transportation “within” the Festival – from rehearsal venues to concert venues, from evening concert venues to accommodations, etc.
  • Four nutritious brown-bag lunches (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday).
  • Admittance to the Opening Ceremonies.
  • Three World of Music concert tickets. Persons accompanying the choir but not performing (travel party, chaperones, etc.) receive a ticket for the concert in which the choir performs for a total of four tickets.
  • Admittance to all Festival 500 workshops given by our guest clinicians. Workshops are held on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday afternoons during the Festival week.
  • Participation in the Massed Adult or Youth Project with invited guest conductors.
  • Admittance to Grande Finale concert. Paid participants who choose not to sing in the Grande Finale will be given a ticket to sit in the audience while choir members will be part of the Massed Choir.
All Festival 500 participants are responsible for the cost and arrangement of their travel, accommodations and meals.

Repertoire

All Festival 500 participants are required to purchase repertoire for the Grande Finale concert.
Choir participants are also required to purchase repertoire for the Sharing the Voices portion of their World of Music evening concert.

 

Participation Fees - Small Vocal Ensembles

The fee for small vocal ensemble participation is $440.00 per person.
