Western Festival - Corner Brook, 2013

The Festival 500 Western Region Festival takes place during 2013.  Concerts and rehearsals will take place in Corner Brook, with guest conductors to be determined. Choirs will not want to miss the chance to participate in the weekend, and also hear  a talented ensemble or choir! As in past years, participant groups will have opportunities to perform and to participate in one of the massed choirs. The Festival is also open to Come Solo participants, individuals who are not currently singing in a participating choir. More details to follow. Stay tuned.

Labrador Festival - Happy Valley - Goose Bay, February 23rd - 26th, 2012


The Festival 500 Labrador Region Festival takes place in the year between each St. John's festival.  This years Labrador Region Festival takes place February 23rd - 26th, 2013.

Participants from across Labrador will come together for workshops, massed rehearsals and a spellbinding gala concert on February 25, 2012 at the Lawrence O'Brien Arts Center. Audiences will hear the sounds of Pieces of Eight, a world-class ensemble from St. John's, a Massed Adult Choir under the direction of Douglas Dunsmore, and a Massed Youth Choir under the direction of Kellie Walsh.
