Volunteer Areas

The following is a list of departments in which volunteers are needed. Please indicate your top 3 choices (1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd) of departments with which you would like to volunteer:

Airport Transportation

1^st2^nd3^rd: Provide transportation to/from airport. Festival vehicle will be provided. Drivers must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.

Campus Guides

1^st2^nd3^rd: Provide direction to participants around the Memorial University campus.

Noteable Lunch Assistant

1^st2^nd3^rd: Coordinate lunchtime performance venues.

Choir Liaison

1^st2^nd3^rd: Act as liaison between assigned choir and command center. Please note that this is a major commitment. Further information is available from the Festival office.

Hospitality

1^st2^nd3^rd: Assist with the distribution of lunches and/or preparation of receptions

Venue Guides

1^st2^nd3^rd: Assist participants with venue concerns.

Merchandise Sales

1^st2^nd3^rd: Assist with the sale of Festival merchandise at merchant tables.

Ticket Takers

1^st2^nd3^rd: Collect tickets at performance venues.

Ushers / Program Sales

1^st2^nd3^rd: Assist audience members with seating and sell souvenir programs.

Venue Support

1^st2^nd3^rd: Assist with various tasks during rehearsals and performances.
